Implementation Consultant, Professional Services

The Position:
Innotas is seeking individuals with business and technology consulting experience to configure and implement our enterprise-class SaaS product at our headquarters in San Francisco, CA. You will work closely with customers and the Innotas Product management team to design and configure customer solutions to address their business needs and solution requirements. Your efforts will directly impact the value realized by the customer and the ultimate success of the relationship. The right candidate will have a passion and energy to work in a startup, entrepreneurial, and fun and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute customer solution integration and implementation (delivery)
  • Configure application integrations to external systems through a web-service API and standard software integration platform
  • Provide coaching and mentoring on product use and leading practices
  • Manage implementation schedule, activities, client communication
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent client implementations remotely
  • Work with clients to drive implementation plan and communicate milestones
  • Participate in developing service delivery standards and best practices, develop re-usable knowledge capital
  • Creates an environment to sustain a high level of motivation within the team
  • Develops other team members' skills which result in superior client service
  • Work directly with Product Management as a customer advocate
Experience:
  • 2-3 years consulting, or professional services, or integration development experience
  • 2-3 years software integration and architecture experience
  • Previous software implementation or software development experience
  • Experience with configuring software integration platforms such as Web-methods, Boomi, Cast Iron, or similar
  • Experience with java, xml, web-services
  • Working understanding of software application architectures
  • Working understanding of databases and data modeling
  • Experience as a team lead
  • Business and technical analyst experience
  • Ability to work in a highly autonomous and self-directed environment
  • Excel in a high-powered team environment

Account Sales Executive

The Account Sales Executive is a key member of our sales team. This position will require you to parlay business contacts that you make into long term business relationships, as well as to market our extensive services and product solutions to business entities via phone, mail or electronic marketing. Along with a solid understanding of technology applications, products and services, your previous successful phone and direct sales experience are required.

This position is intended to provide experience in direct sales and account management activities. Incumbents are responsible for providing overview information to clients on the telephone. A solid understanding of our products and services and the ability to sell technology with extraordinary customer satisfaction are the qualities that will make you very successful in this opportunity.

The professional that we seek should be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple challenges and possess the ability to organize and prioritize work activities to produce consistent results.

Skills
  • Excellent verbal skills: ability to speak clearly, confidently and professionally both on the telephone and in-person about software capabilities, approach, culture, process, etc.
  • Writing skills: ability to write clearly and succinctly, to adapt writing style to match the audience, and to develop complete, polished proposals
  • Strong organization and follow though skills
  • Must be self-motivated, ambitious and possess a winning attitude
  • Must be aggressive with outbound demand generation activities

Education
4 year degree
5+ years of Hi-Tech Sales experience

Senior Software Engineers

Innotas has immediate openings for dynamic, intelligent, and highly motivated software engineers to build the next generation IT Governance applications. Partnering with other top engineers, architects, and product Managers, you will help define, design, and implement world-class, multi-tenant SaaS solutions for our customers having a rich web-based client interface, java middleware, and RDBMS back-end.  These positions are located in downtown San Francisco, one block from Bart.  Positions are for full time employees, not contractors.

Required Skills and Experience
To be qualified, candidates must have designed, developed, and supported sophisticated, scalable, web-based applications for 5+ years. Solid object oriented design and development experience in java, using industry standard tools and frameworks, is required. Proficiency in the following is required: Java, HTML, CSS, Javascript, ExtJS, Flash, SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Hibernate, MVC frameworks, JUnit, ANT, Subversion, and Hudson.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills and Experience
M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.  Experience building configurable, multi-tenant, web-scale, SaaS solutions with sophisticated reporting. Experience with collaboration and knowledge-based systems. Domain knowledge in PPM and ITIL. Experience working at start-ups.
