Keith Carlson, President and CEO

Keith Carlson Keith Carlson joined Innotas as CEO in 2006, bringing with him a strong track record for building high-growth, high-value businesses in the technology and consulting sectors. Keith is a thought leader in IT Governance and is responsible for driving Innotas' rapid growth.

Prior to joining Innotas, Keith held executive positions at Traiana, an enterprise software company acquired by ICAP; Mercury, the global leader in business technology optimization; Kintana, an IT governance software company acquired by Mercury; DigitalThink, an on-demand provider of e-learning solutions; and Accenture, a global management consulting firm.

At Kintana, Keith was responsible for Services, Education, Customer Support and Alliances. He engineered the company's value-driven model for IT Governance and helped drive Kintana's profitable revenue growth. As a Partner with Accenture, Keith was responsible for founding Accenture's groundbreaking alliance with Siebel and running Accenture's global Siebel implementation business which included more than 1,000 professionals worldwide.

Keith graduated Magna Cum Laude from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where he received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering.

Kevin Kern, VP, Worldwide Sales & Marketing

Kevin Kern As Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Innotas, Kevin Kern is responsible for worldwide sales, sales operations, channels, and inside sales.

Kevin brings more than 20 years of sales experience with high-growth software companies. He joined Innotas from TIBCO Corporation, an infrastructure software company, where he most recently served as Vice President of Sales for the Western U.S. and Mexico. Kevin was responsible for all sales, presales consulting, training, partner, telesales and sales operational resources for the Western Area software business. He is also credited for increasing the customer base more than 120 percent during the last three years while building revenue and services growth more than 300 percent in Mexico. Prior to TIBCO, Kevin worked at Salesforce.com where he served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts.

Kevin previously served 13 years at Oracle Corp. in several senior sales management roles. He was responsible for both application and database sales to the mid-market, as well as to strategic enterprise accounts in his last position as an Area Vice President of Oracle Product Industries.

Kevin is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Political Science.

Tim Madewell, VP of Business Development

Tim Madwell As Vice President of Corporate Development, Tim Madewell is responsible for leading and managing corporate strategy and business development at Innotas. He works directly with Keith Carlson, CEO of Innotas, and the Senior Leadership team, in developing and managing strategic relationships, acquisitions and partnerships. Tim is a key business leader driving Innotas' overall strategic partnership engagements and business strategy for the company.

Prior to joining Innotas, Tim managed Professional Services for the Western Region and Latin America at Mercury (acquired by HP), the global leader in business technology optimization. At Mercury he was responsible for services sales, solution architecture, and delivery management. Prior to Mercury he spent eight years with the Management Consulting practice of Ernst & Young LLP (acquired by Cap Gemini). During his career, Tim has delivered technology and business solutions to Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies. He has led enterprise system implementations, established and managed off-shore operations, and architected solutions for emerging markets in the energy and telecommunication industries.

Tim holds a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona. He holds certification with the Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) framework for managing Information Technology services.

Chad Haftorson, VP of Products

Chad Haftorson As Vice President of Products, Chad Haftorson is responsible for driving product lifecycle and positioning. Chad joined Innotas with over 15 years of enterprise software experience. Most recently, he managed the IT Governance and Project Portfolio Management product lines for Kintana/Mercury/Hewlett-Packard that grew from nothing to 9-digit revenues in less than 5 years. Prior to that, he helped guide customers through complex implementation projects for CRM, Help Desk, and ERP applications.

Chad holds a B.S. in Decision and Information Science and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Sarb Takhar, VP of Engineering and Chief Architect

Sarb Takhar As Vice President of Engineering and Chief Architect at Innotas, Sarb Takhar is responsible for managing and developing the Innotas product line. Among other accomplishments, he is the primary designer of the product architecture that allows Innotas to constantly introduce new features. Sarb has more than 10 years of experience in software and infrastructure development. Prior to working with Innotas, Sarb spent seven years operating his own consulting firm, managing numerous contracts with large institutions including Computer Sciences Corporation, Anteon Corporation and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he was instrumental in the implementation of one of its first online database applications.

Sarb received his B.S. in Computer Science from California State University, Sacramento where he was a member of the only team to place among the Top Ten at the ACM International Programming Contest.

Matthew Stauble, VP of Services

Matthew Stauble As Vice President of Services, Matthew Stauble is responsible for Account Management, Delivery Services, Support, and Education at Innotas. He brings to Innotas over 10 years of experience delivering enterprise software service and support in the areas of Project Portfolio Management, Business Service Management, Quality Management and CRM.

Prior to joining Innotas, Matthew worked for Hewlett-Packard where he oversaw delivery for HP's Software as a Service (SaaS) offering in the Americas. HP SaaS provides Business Technology Optimization solutions over the Internet, along with dedicated account management for best practices and mentoring to customers. Previously, Matthew spent three years in Customer Support at Mercury (acquired by HP) where he held progressive positions including overall responsibility for Mercury Customer Support in the Americas, Asia Pacific and Japan. Matthew also held direct support delivery responsibility for Mercury's Project Portfolio Management Center, during which time the business more than doubled. Prior to Mercury, he spent four years at Kintana, where he launched the company's Customer Support Organization. Prior to Kintana, Matthew managed customer implementations of CRM solutions for Remedy.

Matthew graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Clinical Psychology from San Jose State University.

Brendan Thomas, VP of Finance

Brendan Thomas As Vice President of Finance for Innotas, Brendan Thomas is responsible for Finance, Accounting and Human Resources. Prior to joining Innotas, Brendan was the Controller, Revenue Accountant and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for DigitalThink, a leader in e-learning, where he supported the company through several rounds of financing, an IPO, three acquisitions and ultimately an exit transaction.

Brendan holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University and a B.S.C. in Financial Information Systems from The University of Dublin, Trinity College. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Demian Entrekin, Founder

Demian Entrekin Demian Entrekin is the founder of Innotas. As founder, Demian oversaw marketing, product development, sales and services for the company. Prior to Innotas, Demian co-founded Convoy Corporation and was Chief Architect of its initial products. In that role, he helped the company lead the middleware market with an annual growth rate of 670 percent and played an instrumental role in Convoy's subsequent acquisition by New Era Networks in 1999. A recognized thought leader in Project Portfolio Management, Demian has published numerous papers on PPM and his blog (PPM Today) explores current issues related to successful PPM implementation. During his 18-year career, Demian has assumed leadership roles as a consultant and as an entrepreneur, delivering commercial and corporate database applications.

Demian holds a B.A. in English from UCLA and an M.A. in English from San Francisco State University.
