Memphis is the largest city in Tennessee and is a major cultural center for the Southeastern United States. Its metropolitan population exceeds one million people. The City's Information Services Center, with a staff of 114 people, is chartered with providing services to each division of the City government. Zycron Inc., an International IT consulting firm, supports the City's IT initiatives by providing the Project Management Office (PMO) that governs and executes the City's IT projects and programs. Larry V. Wilson leads Zycron's IT Governance Practice as the Director of the Project Management Office servicing the City of Memphis and brings over 30 years of experience to his role. He has led National and International technology deployments for Fortune 500 corporations including PepsiCo, Hitachi Data Systems, StorageTek, AT&T Global Information Solutions and Aetna Life and Casualty. After being "Honorably Discharged" from the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Wilson attended Indiana University and Earlham College where he received extensive training in Computer Sciences, Information Systems and Management Philosophies. Mr. Wilson was 2009 recipient of the Strathmore's National "Who's Who" listing of Executives in Information Technology and is a standing member of the Project Management Institute.

Michelle is an independent Management Consultant with over 14 years consulting and industry experience providing Large Scale Business Transformation, Organizational Change & Effectiveness, Strategy Execution and IT Portfolio & Program Management solutions. Over the past 7 years, Michelle has worked for a $3 billion National Retailer with a primary focus on the IT Organization. Michelle led an IT Transformation Planning effort with the CIO and then took the Director of IT Program &Process Management position. Michelle led the strategic planning and execution process with key IT Leaders in order to develop and implement the Program &Process Management function from inception, including the design, development and implementation of the Resource Planning &Management, Project Estimation, Portfolio Planning &Management and the Project Management Processes, Methodologies and Tools. Michelle has worked directly with HP and Innotas PPM solutions and has evaluated several other PPM solutions. Her expertise is in the prioritization, implementation and institutionalization of new Processes and Tools within IT Organizations.
