The FastTRACK onboarding service uses a train-the-trainer approach to onboarding. Innotas will work with the core customer team (refer to roles and responsibilities section below) to establish the initial set-up of the Innotas solution. Innotas will provide training and mentoring to the Core Deployment Team, applying a subject matter expert (SME) knowledge transfer approach.
