Innotas has developed a number of education offerings to meet our customers' needs, including online and live seminars. Organizations can mix and match training scenarios to fit their needs, from a comprehensive introduction to Innotas, to mini–sessions focused on specific aspects of the software.
Innotas' training options are:
Self–Service Training Modules
Recorded training videos, which are 6 to 8 minutes in length, demonstrate the use of specific functions in Innotas. Available through the Help menu, these on–demand modules enable just–in–time training or can function as one component of a broader deployment training plan.
Custom Education
Innotas can design and deliver custom training courses and material to educate end users and administrators. Custom courses, including hands–on exercises and question–and–answer sessions, can be delivered in a live classroom setting or remotely via a web–conference. Innotas works closely with customers to design a course that incorporates their unique processes and requirements.
Train–the–Trainer Programs
Innotas Customer Success Managers work with our customers' own instructors to effectively deliver end-user or administrator training for PPM implementations. Innotas' Train–the–Trainer programs include Administrator Training, Managing Projects, Submitting and Managing Time, Reporting and Dashboards, and Managing Your Portfolio. This approach prepares groups of skilled employees to pass on their knowledge about Innotas' application.
